Our Story... So Far 

We are a California-based DBE/SBE Corporation that was established in 2018 by a team of highly experienced professionals with a track record of successful collaborations on various projects. With just five employees at the outset, we quickly grew out of our Signal Hill off-ice in California and expanded our coverage with professional offices in Pomona, San Diego, West Palm Beach, and, most recently, New Orleans.   Today, with over 120 dedicated employees, two state-of-the-art laboratories, and a fleet of mobile labs, our rapid growth is a testament to the hard work and commitment it takes to provide top-quality service to our clients in all of our locations.

Who We Are 

We’re a team of Project Managers, Quality Managers, Project Engineers, Inspectors, and Technicians with firsthand experience on notable, large-scale projects.
 

In addition, Anbessaw Consulting dba TQF (S-Corporation) is an LDOT-certified LBE, MBE, DBE, SBE, and EME (Emergency Minority Enterprise) Corporation specializing in Contractor Quality Control Inspection and Materials Testing as well as Subsurface Imaging, Quality Management, and Geotechnical Engineering. 
 

TQF has working experience with multiple contractors supporting projects at Los Angeles World Airport at both LAX and Van Nuys Airport, Port of Los Angeles and Long Beach, Los Angeles Metro, North County District Transit, and Los Angeles County Department of Power and Water to name a few. TQF’s airport experience covers more than $3.41 billion of infrastructure work for LAX including the $4.9 billion Automatic People Mover and $400 million RUE Project.
