CA High Speed Rail Construction Package 4 

Construction Package 4 is building the foundation for the future high-speed rail track and systems package and will help make California more sustainable.

The project includes construction of at-grade, retained fill, and aerial rail sections; relocating and re-purposing four miles of existing BNSF tracks; reconstructing selected roadways; creating waterway and wildlife crossings, as well as several overpasses, underpasses, and viaducts; and the construction of a +2,000 long pergola south of Wasco.

The third Design-Build construction contract released on the CA High-Speed Rail Project issued its notice to proceed in Spring 2016 and construction has been well on it ways with a projected end date in 2023.
